Every package includes bins, a free dolly (or two for 4 and 5-bedroom packages), delivery to your current address, and pickup from your new address. No hidden fees.

Each additional week is 50% of your original package price. Let us know at least 24 hours before pickup and we'll update your booking.

We accept e-transfer, credit card, debit, and cash. Online payment through our website is coming soon.

Yes — we have three zones. Zone 1 (London, Lambeth, Arva) is always free. Zone 2 (catchment communities like Belmont, Dorchester, Ilderton, Kilworth, Komoka, Thorndale) has a small delivery fee for small packages. Zone 3 (Beyond, including St. Thomas, Strathroy, Ingersoll, Woodstock) needs a custom quote.

We charge one delivery fee per booking, based on whichever address is in the higher zone. Zone 1 is always free. Zone 2 is $20 for Studio, 1-Bedroom, and Student packages, and free for 2-Bedroom and larger packages. Zone 3 / Beyond is quoted individually based on your addresses. If your drop-off is in London (Zone 1) and your pickup is in Strathroy (Zone 3), you pay the Zone 3 quote — not both. Not sure which zone you're in? Absolutely — that's the whole point. We deliver to your current home and pick up from your new home.

We can leave the bins at a safe, agreed-upon location and take photos for confirmation.

Every bin is sanitized between rentals with hospital-grade disinfectant.

Damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged at $50–$150 per bin. Assessed case-by-case.

After 7 days past pickup without extension, equipment is considered lost. Replacement cost + $50 admin fee applies.
