Delivery & Pickup Policy

Zone 1 — Free: London, Lambeth, Arva.
Zone 2 — Catchment: Belmont, Delaware, Dorchester, Ilderton, Kilworth, Komoka, Nilestown, Thorndale. Delivery is $20 for Studio, 1-Bedroom and Student packages, and free for 2-Bedroom and larger packages.
Zone 3 — Beyond: Ailsa Craig, Aylmer, Glencoe, Ingersoll, Lucan, Mount Brydges, Parkhill, St. Thomas, Strathroy, Tillsonburg, Woodstock. Delivery is quoted individually; use our estimate tool or call us for an instant zone check.
Addresses outside these zones are quoted on request.

Standard windows are 8 AM–12 PM or 12 PM–5 PM, Monday through Saturday. You'll receive an SMS or email 30 minutes before our driver arrives. Same-day delivery is subject to availability and a $25 expedite fee.

• An adult (18+) must be present to sign at drop-off and pickup, or you may authorize unattended drop-off in writing.
• Provide a clear, level drop zone within 50 ft of where our truck can legally park.
• For buildings with security or elevator booking, you are responsible for arranging access — wait time over 15 minutes is billed at $25 per 15 minutes.

Have all bins stacked at the original drop zone, empty and dry, by 8 AM on your pickup date. We will not enter units to retrieve bins unless arranged in advance.

Reschedule at no charge with 24 hours' notice. Missed pickups (driver arrives, bins not ready) incur a $40 redelivery fee.

We may delay deliveries during severe weather, road closures, or events beyond our control. We'll contact you to reschedule and no fee applies.
