Acceptable Use Policy

Our totes, dollies, blankets and wardrobe boxes are rented for one purpose: moving household and commercial goods. You agree to use them only for that purpose.

• Hazardous materials: gasoline, propane, paint thinner, pool chemicals, fertilizers, fireworks.
• Flammables and explosives.
• Biological waste, raw meat, soiled diapers, or anything that can leak or stain.
• Live animals or insects.
• Illegal goods, stolen property, or anything restricted under Canadian law.
• Loose liquids without sealed secondary containment.
• Wet, frozen, or actively shedding plants and soil.

Maximum 50 lb (22 kg) per tote. Do not stack bins more than five high. Do not stand on, sit on, or drag bins. Use the provided dollies for stacks heavier than 60 lb.

Return bins empty, dry, and free of debris. A $15 cleaning fee per bin applies to bins returned with food residue, sand, soil, or sticky materials.

• Do not attempt to access accounts, bookings, or data that are not yours.
• Do not scrape, probe, or run automated tools against the site.
• Do not upload malicious code, spam our contact forms, or impersonate others.
• Do not resell, sublease, or commercially redistribute our bins without a signed commercial agreement.

Violation may result in immediate termination of your rental, forfeiture of deposit, replacement charges, account suspension, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
